Coming in at Number 10 is Michael Clarke’s stunning spell to seal a last-gasp victory for Australia over India in 2008:
With four overs remaining and Australia needing three wickets to win on a worn Day 5 SCG pitch, Ricky Ponting threw the ball to Clarke.
It proved to be an inspired decision as Clarke's left-arm orthodox spin ripped through the Indian lower order, claiming the final three scalps to seal a dramatic victory and give Australia a 2-0 series lead in fading light.
Clarke’s victims fell in the space of five deliveries - Harbhajan Singh was caught at first slip by Michael Hussey, before Clarke trapped RP Singh in front with the next ball.
Ishant Sharma survived the next two deliveries before edging a Clarke delivery to Hussey at slip, which sparked wild celebrations from players and fans alike.
In a Test littered with allegations of cheating, poor umpiring and the ‘monkeygate’ scandal involving Harbhajan and Australian all-rounder Andrew Symonds, Clarke would ultimately have the final say.
